All this situation seems to me to be bad faith on her part, than anything else, because even the complaint is made in English, when Sandra is Portuguese and speaks Portuguese.
and when you tell me that you had a bad experience, for me it was HORRIBLE, I never received guests so strange from their low communication posture and later their attitude in the context of the complaint.
