- less than 2 min to First Garden (Restaurants and Dining). You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, multi-culture, variety of foods, the people, etc.. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

I'm deeply saddened and disappointed by the host and Airbnb service. I made my booking and payment via airbnb.com but at the end didn’t get my stay. Everything was confirmed, I received emails on all confirmations. Being excited for my upcoming trip and when I almost arrive the place, I made a call to the host to check the exact location but the host told me that the house was unavailable due to he had rented it to his friends. He even demanded that I can’t come to the place and did not even try to suggest me a new place to stay for my trip. He said that it’s my fault for not calling him earlier to confirm on the stay. In this case the owner should have update the listing is occupied and airbnb.com shouldn’t process my booking and sent me all the confirmation emails. Besides that he also keep demanding me on which account I transferred the payment as he said he didn’t receive any payment. I explained that I booked via airbnb.com and the payment should be credited to the account that the host registered and he should be familiar with the payout date from airbnb. However, the matter is resolved as the host refunded the payment to me (excluding Airbnb service fee). I have tried to contact support team via email but didn’t get any response. Now I doubt why I need to pay the service fee which airbnb claims to help them run their platform and offer services like 24/7 support. How disappointing for Airbnb for not monitoring their host whether they following the rules on being a host. This incident has spoiled my family holiday. Should be a wonderful trip but ended up it’s a headache.
