À propos de ce logement
An 800 sq.ft. suite on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. Spacious bedroom, a king bed, lots of light, large living area, and a sparkling full bathroom.
There is a small refrigerator and an electric kettle, but no set up to cook.
We're in a quiet cul-de-sac in an old neighborhood within walking distance of trails in the foothills. Easy access by car to major roads, grocery stores, and restaurants.
The perfect place for couples, conference attendees, and anyone on personal retreat.
People love being in our upstairs space, not only because it's beautiful and clean, but also because they feel held by the simplicity and quiet. It's completely private with a separate entrance, and separate from the downstairs part of the house where we live.
Accès des voyageurs
Guests are free to hang out in the large living area as well as the bedroom. It has windows on three sides, a simple couch and expansive, carpeted floor, which is great for exercise, yoga or meditation. The space is a shoe-free zone so you'll leave your shoes at the bottom of the stairs. The three rooms of the suite--bedroom, bathroom, and living room--total 800 sq. ft.
Échanges avec les voyageurs
I meet our guests upon their arrival and give them a key. After that, they can come and go as they please. I can be reached by phone, text, and email to help with questions or requests as needed. We respond quickly to whatever needs arise, and we provide written guidance about the space in a notebook.
We are licensed by the City of Boulder for short term rental.
