From 5am to 10 am the escalators go downward so from Caine to the Central MTR it is only a 15 minute walk.

Nice and cozy apartment with kitchen and living area, queen bed and bathroom. It's chic, urban, hip but most of all, it's in Hong Kong's most sought after location to be in. The space is 400 square feet. There is a laundromat downstairs next to the entrance. We provide large towels per guest.

I don't live there, so it's all yours, 100% and privacy for relaxing after absorbing Hong Kong's lifestyle. I'm not far away though if you need advice on where to eat, shop, browse, climb, swim, sail, surf, or party.
Step downstairs to absorb the undeniably and very friendly vibe below in the SOHO district.What awaits you around the area is an array of delicious restaurants, galleries, cafes, bars, eclectic boutiques, wet markets, all standing the test of time in this pulsating metropolis we call home. Don't forget your camera!
You will easily see why SoHo is undeniably Hong Kong's most charming, colourful, cosmopolitan and pulsating neighbourhoods.
Just a walk to SOHO and is just next to the second outside escalator. It is also a 15-20 minute walk to central, the IFC, the HK Airport Express and all ferry piers which depart to the outlying islands.
My apartment beams with natural light, as is the main open studio-type area. I have heating and air-con, very fast WIFI, a nice comfortable bed, hair dryer, a comfortable couch, black out blinds for weary long-haul travellers, and storage/wardrobe space you could ever want to fill.
The unit is built in the same style as a hotel room. There is a small kitchen, mugs, glasses for the complimentary tea. There is a good size fridge, and induction cooker with pots and pans.
There is shampoo and two large towels per guest.
There is laundry service for a fee. Next to the building there is the full service laundromat.
My apt ideally suits an individual or a couple who want to be close to step into the buzz of Hong Kong!

You can contact the host anytime between 8am-8pm. via email or mobile. The unit has a keyless access so you will be able to arrive at anytime when you get to Hong Kong. Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am. If you require early checkin or late check out please check with us first. I'm very happy to assist if you need anything. You just need to call me. However, please be aware that you are booking an Airbnb and not a hotel so I may not be able to come right away. I may be out of town or at work so I cannot offer around the clock house calls. If there is anything wrong, let me know and I'll tend to it as soon as possible.
Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down past 8pm.
Inquirers tend to ask to see the unit before booking. Unfortunately, the unit is always booked so I cannot show you the unit because usually it is occupied by guests. Also please do not send me your number and/or email address because the site prevents this information from being visible.
Please do not smoke - neither inside the flat nor on the outside corridor.
Pets are not allowed.
Please clean your own dishes.
Common sense like not being too noisy, take off dirty shoes etc. is expected.
