You will just love this large 2 bedroom courtyard apartment with federation features and park views, in the perfect Glenelg location. Just a 2 minute walk to beach, family-friendly activities, Jetty Road shops & eateries, nightlife, public transport, and under 15 minutes drive to the airport. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.
The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area have a great view into the outdoor courtyard and across to the park. High ceilings and large bedrooms provide a homely feeling of spaciousness.
We provide a basic starter amenities pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay.

Entire apartment is all yours. You also have walk through access from Durham Street and access to the communal clothes line. There isn't an allocated car park, however you do get a parking permit which allows you to park in any of the 3 hour zones in Glenelg for up to 24 hours at a time.
A pocket WIFI service is provided in the apartment. The guest is responsible for purchasing the data packages of their choice online via Vodafone upon arrival. Packages range from $10-$60.
Please note that there is no allocated car park for this property, however you do get a parking permit that allows you to park in any of the 3 hour zones in Glenelg for up to 24 hours at a time. There is also ticketed parking out the front of the property (but it's pretty steep $ for long term parking and your permit won't work here). We recommend parking in Durham Street behind the property, as you also have walk through access from there to the side access door of your apartment. Parking is free in any of the 3 hour zones with your permit, or if you have two cars it is 3 hours between 9-6pm, and free at night.
Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest. The apartments are serviced weekly on stays over 10+ nights.
(a) Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm-8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy.
(b) Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or Bond; and
(c) Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact on the residential amenity of neighbours and the local community.
(d) Guests must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. With the exception of reasonable departure cleaning, the guest agrees they are liable to be charged for any excessive cleaning (if required) including the cleaning of excessive dirty dishes, or for any unreasonable damage incurred during their stay.
(e) Please take note that the property must be vacated by 10am in order to avoid any additional charges. If you overstay your 10am check-out (without prior approval), our cleaners will be waiting for you to leave, and as they are paid by the hour, guests checking out late will be liable for the cleaner’s time.
(f) Smoking is not permitted in the property. If guests smoke in the property, you authorise us to recover from you, $100 to apply towards having the furnishings and carpets deodorised.
(g) Each property comes with 2 sets of keys. Guests agree to notify us immediately if you find there are not at least 2 sets of keys. In the event, guests return the property to us without the above, they agree to pay $230 to cover key / lock replacement.
We have little personal interaction with guests after they are booked in, however we are hardly ever far away and available everyday by phone should guests have any queries during their stay.
Key Access is on site, so you never have to be stuck waiting for someone to let you in, but if you do have any issues at all, we are available between 8am-11pm via phone for any emergencies that may arise.
