Welcome to our quaint Cape Cod style home with spectacular panoramic views of the Chebogue River. This secluded house is conveniently located only 10 minutes away from all the amenities downtown Yarmouth has to offer, including restaurants, shopping, and the ferry terminal.
Our house is located on the Chebogue River (saltwater) and is at the mouth of the Bay of Fundy, which has the highest tides in the world. On the first floor, you will find a garage (manual door) as well as the washer and dryer. The living area is located on the second floor and offers a spectacular panoramic view of the water and surrounding area with floor to ceiling windows. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with a double bed. Both have brand new mattresses to provide you with a comfortable sleep after you spend your busy days exploring the area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower that is very easy to get in and out of.
In the morning, you can grab a tea or coffee from the bar in the living room and sit and watch the boats go by. On a nice day, the deck is a great spot to sit with a book and relax, or the perfect spot to have dinner. Take the kayaks out on the river when the weather is nice. The house has high speed wireless internet, as well as cable TV. The house has a heat pump system which can easily be adjusted with a remote control to keep you warm in the winter or cool in the summer. We hope you enjoy your stay!

- Enjoy your stay!
Hi, I'm Jess!
My husband Clark and I were introduced to Airbnb while travelling in South Africa a few years ago and have never looked back. We have used Airbnb several times on our travels since then and find that it is so much more comfortable to stay in a home with personal touches rather than a tiny hotel room.
My husband and I both enjoy travelling, meeting new people, spending time outdoors, and especially trying new food! The seafood in NS is spectacular and definitely a go-to for us. Clark is in the Royal Canadian Airforce and I am a social worker with a side passion for interior decorating. We do a fair bit of travelling and have had fun opportunities to live in different locations, but will always call Nova Scotia our home.
We know you will love Yarmouth, and look forward to hosting you!
