I stayed here 5 days 4 nights and I was very comfortable. This is the perfect place to study and prepare for your exam. Everything you need is provided: quiet environment, study materials, computer/printer. It's about a 10 min walk from 30th Street Station. I didn't meet Vanessa but all the past reviews and description of the place is 100 percent accurate. I highly recommend.

Vanessa's place was absolutely perfect for anyone doing the USMLE Step 2CS exam in Philadelphia. It was very well thought out, clean and only a 10 minute walk from the test centre. You will likely meet other test candidates while staying here with whom you can practice. Thank you for a great stay.

I had a great stay for my CS exam. The place was super clean, location was close to the exam center (I walked) and the local tips were very helpful. For example, it was reassuring to know the police station was so close-- just down the street. I was a lot more comfortable parking my car on the street because it isn't the nicest neighborhood. The attention to detail was nice. I like all the labels and signs in the house that explain everything. There were complimentary granola bars and water in my room which was a nice touch and having a towel was very nice. Thanks for hosting me in my trip to Philly!

Place was conveniently close to testing center, there were two First Aid CS books that I could just use which was great. She also put little snacks in my room which I appreciated. Basic bed in a room with a desk, iron and board. Bathroom and shower were very clean.

Vanessa's place was clean, quiet, and convenient for my Step 2 CS exam. Just a heads up to bring your own towel. Overall, a good value.

Dear guests,
Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your visit in Philadelphia. Whether you are coming for business, pleasure, or to visit family, I think you will enjoy my bnb rooms and what the Philadelphia has to offer.

I’ve always loved traveling and meeting new people. My husband and I enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, mountain climbing, canoeing, fishing, etc. I’ve visited Cambodia, Thailand and been back to Vietnam many times. We also have lived in many regions of the US such as Arizona, Mississippi, Massachusetts before we decided to settle down in Philadelphia. We have lived here almost 2 years and this lovely city has never ceases to amaze us.

To share a bit about myself, I was born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam and graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a degree in Commerce. I worked at the Axis Market Research company for 2 years as a research analyst before joining my husband in the US while he was pursuing his doctoral degree in chemistry. During this time, I completed my MBA program at MSU and took on a second research associate position in the MBA department. At the moment I am working as a full time host and supporting my husband working for the university and raising our two children. I never knew becoming an airbnb host can be such joy. I’ve met many people all over the world and befriended with them. The majority of my guests also happen to be in professional and medical fields. Our rooms are tailored specifically to the needs of our professional and medical guests: clean, quiet and comfortable. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know.

I look forward to meeting and hosting you soon.
