The farmhouse has two floors, in addition to a “torretta” (a little tower).
The owner's apartment is on the ground floor, while the suite is on the first floor and on the "torretta" ( a little Tower).
The suite is equipped with a mixture of antique, modern and post-modern furnishings (i.e. original Memphis Design).

Tuscany is well-known as one of the greatest repositories of art and culture in the world, however, few people know that the Upper Valtiberina is where Renaissance began.
8 km away from the farmhouse is Sansepolcro, where Piero Piero della Francesca was born and where you can admire his Early Renaissance paintings, which anticipated Michelangelo and Leonardo DaVinci‘s artwork.
Close by you can discover mystical places like "La Verna", where St. Francis spent most of his life.
Every day one can discover extremely relevant art works of the Italian art history, visit beautiful Romanic churches and cathedrals that are off the beaten track of mass tourism, yet are extremely charming.
Trekking paths are uncountable. The most famous one is the "Saint Francis Walk", which is part of the wellknown "Francigena" ancient route that in medieval times connected Canterbury to Rome and to the harbours of Apulia.
