Our flat is incredibly well located on the outskirts of Hampstead and in the middle of a beautiful and quintessentially suburban London street. It enjoys DIRECT bus links to many central London and West end destinations. Underground and rail links are just 10 minutes, ensuring easy and quick travel to and from all 4 London airports. You are also a 5 minute walk from shops, cafes and a little supermarket, and the stunning walk through Hampstead and its famous Heath begins at the top of our road.

Le logement

Because the flat is split level (on two floors) it benefits from being cosy as well as spacious and bright. The kitchen and living room are open plan in that there is no door between them, but still separate enough to be a room in itself. The house is fully carpeted which means its nice and toasty during the winter months, but is also extremely bright and well ventilated through the summer months if the windows are open.

Guests are welcome to use the communal areas which are the kitchen and the living room, as well as their private bathroom. We have BT Freeview so there is access to lots of TV channels and HD channels.

My niece Sophie handles all of the bookings on my behalf, and she is available any time to deal with any issues that might arise. It really is a lovely flat, and we very much hope you enjoy your stay if you book !

Autres remarques

The heating and hot water can be found in the cupboard in the hallway which also contains the washing machine and tumble dryer. Please leave the hot water set to TWICE and put the central heating on only as needed (please switch off when you go out!!)

The beds in this flat are both Kingsize and benefit from two single duvets, for more comfort and freedom in the bed. Both bathrooms have powerful showers.

We want you to feel completely at home here, but we just ask a few things of you when you stay:

No shoes upstairs please. We would appreciate if you could remove your shoes as you come in and keep them downstairs.

Please close all the windows when you leave the flat, please wash up, and please don't leave any food in the fridge.

Please keep the hot water on 'twice' - it doesn't need to be changed. Feel free to use as much central heating as you like, just remember to switch it 'OFF' when you are not in the flat and also when leave at the end of your stay!

Lastly, if you want to/need to put any rubbish into the bins outside the flat (which we would be very grateful for) please make sure the bags go inside the bins and please do not leave them on the path or pavement otherwise the foxes will get to them. Grey bin is for rubbish. Blue bin is for recycling.

Merci beaucoup Charles! Grâce à vous, nous avons bénéficiez d'un magnifique Week end. La maison est spacieuse, et d'un très grand confort. Les salles de bain, la cuisine, tout est merveilleusement équipé et surtout d'une propreté impeccable! Merci encore et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute lors d'un prochain séjour à Londres!!

Lovely flat in a nice neighborhood. I can't imagine a more helpful host. Perfect for 2 couples. A bit outside of central London, but an easy commute by bus and tube. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Excellent location! All the main sights in London are on your fingertips, thanks to great bus connection to the Central London. West Hampstead is just beautiful place to stay. The house description is very accurate and precise, our host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended to anyone!
