Two of the 6 bedrooms are connected to the main living quarters while the rest have private locking doors leading from the room to the courtyard and then into the main portion of the home. This gives the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a jack and jill bathroom while bedroom 5 boosts the largest space and where the dry sauna is located. The smallest of the rooms is bedroom 6 with a queen bed. This room can also be converted into an office space upon request for those looking for a private location in the home to work.
With 100 feet of your own private beach access and white sand in your backyard, paradise is found. Kailua Beach has been repeatedly ranked among the best beaches in the world. Kailua Beach boasts 3 miles of white sand and sparkling turquoise water. Kailua Beach's proximity to several small islands makes it an ideal place for adventuring, kayaking, and kite surfing. Some guests have even encountered sea turtles swimming by.

In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date. If your scheduled stay is for a period of less than 30 days, you may extend your stay by paying for each additional day that you occupy the Property at the same daily rate per night, payable in advance of your arrival. If you do not wish to extend your scheduled stay and vacate the Property before the end of the 30 day period, the Property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.
You will also be required to sign a separate agreement to book the home.
Our home is in an exclusive and quiet neighborhood. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings or loud music.
There is a noise ordinance, no noise after 10:00PM.
Pool is used at your own risk
The names of all guests staying in the home must be listed above with complete names and ages. If the names of the guests in your group change, this must be communicated in writing to Property Manager. Additional customers beyond those identified above are not permitted and will result in an additional fee of $100 per person/per night. Property Manager does not verbally confirm additional customers. Additional customers must be approved by Property Manager in writing.
*AS A REMEDY FOR VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE STATED CONDITIONS OF RENTAL IN THIS AGREEMENT, PROPERTY MANAGER HAS THE RIGHT, BUT IS NOT LIMITED OR REQUIRED TO, TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT AND EVICT THE CUSTOMER FROM THE RENTAL WITHOUT ANY REFUND OF COLLECTED MONEY AND MAY KEEP ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
