It's good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). Half a mile from Kings Heath and Moseley village with various restaurants, pubs , coffee bars and shops. There is a corner shop nearby (100m) open till 10pm and a nature reserve closeby (Moseley Bog). Buses run frequently from KH or Moseley into city ... there is a bus also running up to 5 ways with connections to University. Self-service breakfast included .
Quiet location, leafy suburb close to the action. Plenty parking in the street

Can advise on buses, places to go and visit, routes and parking .
I have Parkinsons which makes me shake sometimes and at times I can be slow . At times I may be therefore a little quiet but this won't affect your stay .
Friendly chap (61), worked in IT, into music, current affairs and tennis. Speak some Spanish and a tad French. Welcome dogs (or cats) with or without owner (we can discuss this). I like Airbnb because it seems fairly informal like me. Have a medical condition (Parkinson's) which is stable but occasionally if i'm a bit off manifests as shaking/slowness ... mention it so you don't think I'm being anti-social.
