- 8-10 mins walk to Nangshijiao MRT station (at the end of the MRT Zhonghe-Xinlu Orange Line).
-3 mins walk to local night market, convenient stores, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy & lots of local delicacies.
It is a bustling safe Taiwanese neighborhood, easy access to everything you need. There are also vibrant Burmese/ Vietnamese/Thai/ Yunnan communities in the suburb so you will also have plenty of opportunities to explore and try some southeast Asian dishes here.
-Tatami mats: The room is fitted with Japanese style Tatamis (straw mattress) and the guests will be sleeping directly on Tatamis (single-bed mattress can be provided).
-Table and shelf outside the room provided.
-Internet access with Wi-Fi
-The room can be locked from inside but not outside
-Fan provided, air-conditioning available at extra cost ($1 USD per day)
-A window faces the hallway, it's usually quiet

-The guests will share the apartment and a small bathroom with me (the host).

-I try to reduce my environmental impact whenever possible and encourage you to do the same, so I would really be appreciated if you don't bring one-time use plastic/paper food and drink containers and cutlery from outside. (The containers are recyclable but they won't be recycled due to low return value in doing so.)
- It's not easy to process food waste in this apartment, so guests are encouraged to enjoy their food and meals outside. Having some light refreshments such as snacks/ drinks/fruit at your room is absolutely fine! :)
-I'm not a late night person so if you can't return to the apartment by 12:00am, please consider to book your stay at other places.
-The apartment is a shared unit, so please remain quiet after 10 pm.
-The apartment is strictly non-smoking, no drugs and no partying.

-I work full-time and might not be always able to welcome you and hand over the key during day hours so please kindly check with me before you book your stay and see how can we arrange it.
-The unit is at the 2nd floor. The stair is small and there is no elevator, so travel light helps! :)
- Please return to the house by 12:00 am
- Please remain quiet in the house after 9pm.
- Please bring your own personal essentials & toiletry.
- Please kindly try not to bring meals back to the house unless no food waste will be produced.
