The location for this get away was second to none, offering beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains and Douglas Lake. Make sure to have all of your grocery items before hand, though, as the closest store is about 20 minutes away.

Other's have said it in reviews and it is true- the photographs do not do the place justice! The home is gorgeous, clean, and full of amenities! Douglas Lake is breathtaking and the view from either cabin length deck is amazing. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings overlooking the water and our dinners at night fired in the incredible outdoor kitchen; complete with hood and refrigerator. We stayed with a total of seven people and had ample room for us all. There is an amazing bedroom for the kids with two bunk beds and a queen or full (can't remember which), large TV, game consoles and a walk in closet full of board games! This place is perfect for families or a slew of adults. You can cook, party, play billiards, relax, fish, boat, etc. The possibilities are endless!

This place is magical. My wife and I had one of the most fun weekends ever here. The view is beautiful, the bed is so comfortable, Kent is incredibly quick and communicative. It's also 4 houses down from a boat dropoff, so we brought our boat. We just had such a blast and will be coming back.

Great home in a great location with wonderful views and access to the lake.  Very peaceful and a great place to chill.  Unfortunately we could only stay 4 nights and there is so much to see and do in the area that we only got to spend one day at “home” but it was the best day of our holiday

My husband, 4 kids and my in-laws spent 4 days/3 nights and we enjoyed every minute of it. The place has spectacular views. The home is perfect for family get together's and has plenty of spaces for everyone to spread out and enjoy some quit time as well. The kids loved the canoe's and the boat dock. I love that there are books, extra board games and corn hole available as well. Kent was the perfect host and answered any questions we had almost immediately. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. There are also fishing pools at the home and when we ask about fishing Kent even offered to bring us a tackle box and some extra fishing supplies. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I just visited Kent's cabin with my parents and two college-age siblings, and it was perfect for us! We just celebrated our first anniversary and weren't able to go on a private vacation, but the upstairs master was sweet and cozy, and provided a little bit of privacy for us! I really liked that the furniture and decor was a little more modern than most cabins that we have looked at or been to, you can tell that they have put effort into this area. The view is gorgeous, and even though it feels like you are out in the woods, I loved that we weren't too far from Pigeon Forge so we had that option as well. We had a few questions while we were there, and Kent was always really kind and helpful when we called. Great place for a family mountain trip, I would definitely recommend!
