Hosts are not on site all the time but will usually make arrangements to be there to greet you if you check in between 3pm and 6pm. We are always available should you have questions, by phone or txt.
We want you to have a good stay. Late check-in has proven problematic for some guests. Consequently, after hours check-in is available on a case by case basis. In order to accommodate this need, self-check-in without the benefit of greeting by hosts has an up charge of $10, paid before departure in cash.
We are very close to downtown Waynesville. We are between this home and our farm in Sylva. We rent multiple rooms so there may be times when we have more than one guest in the home sharing common areas.
We can have multiple guests at a time. This is our home, act and treat it like you would want someone to treat your home
