This home is close to the U of I campus (Memorial Stadium), public transportation, Hessel Park, and restaurants on Green and Neil Streets. You’ll love the space because of the relaxing backyard (good for family gatherings), quiet neighborhood, and the home's amenities. The place is good for families (with kids) and medium sized groups.
The home was built in 1921, so it is cozy, comfortable, and cute. There are two floors: the main floor has kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with shower. The finished basement has a common area, 1 bedroom, large bathroom with shower, and the washer and dryer. The shaded backyard has a fire pit (marshmallow forks, wood, newspaper, matches, and patio chairs provided), swing, picnic table, and flower gardens.
