I will not be present at this property during your stay, however 24 hour a day check in will be available.
The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.

If your preferred dates are available, please feel free to book 'em. If the dates that you're after are blocked, they are most likely taken.
The "INSTANT-BOOK" function is enabled so you won't need our "Pre-Approval" to make a booking.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.
This pad accommodates 6 adults comfortably but a max of 7 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$25 per night, per additional guest.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING, HOUSE PARTIES, YELLING, LOUD MUSIC, OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES PLEASE.
•In the event our neighbours are disturbed by particular incidents like amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted during your stay, an abatement direction may be issued with an on-the-spot fine of AU$200 or more by our local council or the local police station.
•If you plan to bring your kid(s) along, please take note that this property has a balcony with a sliding door. You may still book at your own risk.
•Please kindly treat the apartment with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages. If you inadvertently have an accident and linen are marked by a stain, we appreciate if you can take action to wash or remove it immediately to avoid it permanently staining.
•If you plan to cook, please be warned that the fire alarm is rather sensitive, so please be sure to open the balcony door and switch on the range hood while cooking, cos if it goes off, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit.
•The kitchen has been fully equipped for your convenience. On departure please ensure all kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are washed and placed away. Should you prefer housekeeping to do this for you a charge of $50 will be added to your account.
•Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. Fees apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Children are welcome, but children of all ages count as 'people' and must be included in the guest count.
•Loss - the owner takes no responsibility for the guests’ personal property.
•Turn the aircon, lights, heaters, TV, other electric appliances off (except if you have a dryer/washing machine/dishwasher running).
•Late check-in late is fine, just need to do self check-in.
•(IMPORTANT!) Loss of key and swipe will incur a $250 charge for replacement. Please advise immediately when key and swipe are lost. One key and swipe is provided on check in. Please also ensure you always bring the key with you. Call out fee of $100 will be charged if I have to come open the door for you again after check-in. Before checking out tidy up after yourself, throw away rubbish and do your dishes (don't worry about the beds though).
•If you require anything during your stay that has not been provided, please ask, preferably nicely, and I'll see what can be done :)
