Apartment 4 is situated on level 1 of the 'Gardens Apartments" facing the botanic gardens.
It features an open plan design with a free flowing function layout.
The full height glass sliding doors to the verandah to let the light & garden views in but fitted with blinds to enable a sleep in too if desired.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary modern appliances including a dishwasher.
Spare towels are available in the linen cupboard if you feel like a swim in the pool on a warm day.
The apartment has a neatly concealed internal laundry with dryer.
Reverse cycle air-conditioner.
Security intercom system & secure gated entry to the building.
Sofa bed can sleep an extra 2 if required. Extra linen available on request. Please note there will be an extra charge for any additional guests beyond 2 ($10/night) & you will have to include the extra guest/s when booking.

Normal check in time is 2pm and check out is at 10am but this is flexible if there are no same day bookings.
This is a non-smoking apartment to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
Please just be considerate of your neighbours & keep noise to acceptable levels & times.
