This Family-Friendly home is the perfect place to relax and unwind! With beachy decor and amazing beach views, you will never want to leave! The heart of the home is located on the upper level, with a separate kid's area located on the ground floor.
Begin your beach vacation in the main living area and be greeted by the sight of the Gulf of Mexico from every window! 3 bedrooms on the main floor include a beachfront master bedroom with King sized bed, open bathroom with jetted bath and shower, two bathroom sinks and access to the beachfront sundeck. A second beachfront bedroom with Queen sized bed also has access to the sundeck and a third Queen bedroom overlooks the residential road. A hall bathroom with full bath is located between the two Queen bedrooms.
The kitchen offers a large 2 door stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser. Other amenities include a full size dishwasher, electric cooktop stove/oven, microwave, a fully stocked kitchen to include a coffee maker, blender, toaster and more. Plenty of counter space makes cooking a pleasure and 4 bar stools offer additional seating. The dining room seats 6 at the main dining table with a long bar and plenty of cabinet space to store groceries.
The living room offers beachfront seating with water views as far as the eye can see. A large, flat panel TV, DVD player, CD/stereo and book library are available for your enjoyment as well as WIFI to keep you connected back home. Fireplace not available for guest use. The living room further extends into an enclosed sunroom with panoramic beach views. Here you can enjoy a book or puzzle as you listen to the sounds of the waves crash against the shoreline. Two sliding glass doors open onto the expansive beachfront sundeck with plenty of seating and a 6-person hot tub overlooking the beach. From here, you can take your private boardwalk to the water's edge or down to your own park style grill to cook up the catch of the day! An outdoor shower located right on the boardwalk is also available for your convenience.
The kid's area is a separate entrance from the main floor of the home, located on the ground level. Please note, there is no interior stairwell to access the kid's area. The perfect place to hang out for older children, the kid's area offers a mini-fridge and small eating table, futon for additional sleeping, TV with DVD/VHS player and a foosball table with plenty of floor space for games and play. The sleeping area has two (2) double bunk beds (double on bottom, twin on top) and a small bathroom with shower stall. Connected to the kid's area is a garage with a ping pong table for all to enjoy and two separate entrances to access your private beach boardwalk, only steps away from shoreline. There is also a convenient ramp accessible from the garage, for those that may not be able to handle the stairs as easily. The ramp leads to the top level beachfront deck
