Mark and Megan's apartment was fantastic for our weekend trip from Sydney to Perth for a wedding. We were coming with our 16 month old and were relieved to find the place uncluttered, no tiny ornaments that our bub could swallow and everything (including the courtyard!) was quite safe from the get go for him to roam. Our hosts were lovely enough to have a portacot set up for us, plus they provided a high chair and a basket of toys for him to enjoy. We would highly recommend this Airbnb, and would be happy to book it again ourselves if we're ever back in Perth.

I love this apartment so much as it was enough to accomodate my family of 5. It has everything we needed, wifi, we can cook and wash our clothes, even though it is located right next to the street but the surroundings were quiet at night. Megan has been so helpful in making my check in and out easy.

Great little apartment close to the city with easy public transport close by. Easy walking distance to the Swan River and close and convenient to the airport. Mark and Megan are considerate hosts. Everything you need for a stay is supplied including baby items. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Mark and Megan's place was really clean and really had everything you could think of. Movies, books, tea and fresh milk, the lot. The place was also really close to the Swan River and the restaurants along vic park.

Mark's place is in an excellent location. It is close to a Woolies and a strip of great restaurants, you'll have trouble choosing what you want for dinner! Most importantly, there are always buses every 10mins or less that travel into Perth CBD. It is a great place to stay if you want a feel of the suburbs in Perth.

Mark and Megan were very helpful and made the apartment very comfortable and welcoming. It's a great location for visiting Perth, with only a short drive to the CBD and Swan Valley. The apartment had everything you'd need, as well as some homely extras, like tea, coffee, milk and oreos, which were much appreciated after a long flight!

We have stayed for 8 nights at Mark's place. Glad that we made the right choice and it is much better than expectation. The check-in and check-out process is fuss free. The host responses to our request promptly. Everything is described as it is, and has almost everything in it. The location is quite central if you owned a car (with free parking space). We will definitely recommend Mark's place to all, you will have your complete privacy. Since this is a corner unit, you may hear some noise when car pass by, but it is not happen very often though, which I think is the only downside.
