Lovely Queenslander on large section with mature mango trees, lots of other fruit trees and landscaped gardens. My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the airport, and the city centre. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the light, and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
My house is a restored Queenslander with privacy and lovely garden surrounds. There are lots of beautiful places to sit or lay and relax, a fire pit for that special experience and use of the house and kitchen.

I interact with my guests as they wish. If you want privacy, it's all yours. If you want to share experiences that's also good. I work long hours a few days a week so on those times I may only be available briefly. There may be other people here too. The outside areas are so lovely you can't ignore them.
The railway line is close and has about 3-4 trains a night travelling slowly. It doesn't bother most people but may affect light sleepers.
There is a double shower room downstairs and the toilet is upstairs.
This is an old wooden house so the layout is traditional rather than modern which should be kept in mind if you require absolute dust free and clinical surfaces.
I like my guests to be respectful.
