A chance to live in avant- garde surroundings and enjoy great access to city living - it isn't a quiet little suburb of Sydney. My accomodation is located in the Kings Cross end of Potts Point, best suited for travellers who enjoy the uber chic trendy hustle bustle and vibrancy of Potts Point.
A lifestyle of convenience: trendy bars, restaurants, gourmet roasted coffee, shopping down the road. Walk everywhere! The perfect spot away from the CBD, to explore the rest of Sydney.
The apartment is located in an area of Potts Point, where various older buildings are going through a refurbishment stage, hence the surrounding area may look a little run down. However, this is what also makes Potts Point so full of character in that the old art deco, the 60's buildings and the new sleek buildings are all located within steps of each other.
My building itself is rather tired, the entrance certainly won't leave an impression! The building is going through a refurbishment with a new trendy restaurant opening downstairs soon. If you can look pass the old building facade, with its basic weary entrance, you will discover a stylish oasis which is clean, executively furnished for the perfect rest, and a perfect location to explore Sydney by foot. Alternatively be spoilt by public transport choice at your doorstep.

For fresh vegetables, cheese, flowers and amazing food there's a farmers market located at Potts Point Fountain every Saturday until 1pm. There's a Coles and Woolworths nearby, Potts Point liquor offers a fine drop and locals queue for the hot takeaway dinners - think lemon chicken and pork roast paired with steamed vegetables
AROUND THE VILLAGE:
There's a plethora of amenities all located within walking distance on Macleay Street. An Australia Post, several major banks as well as a few others also worth making a note of. Andres at Cobbler Caballero does the best shoe repair in town and Challis Avenue Laundry the most cost-competitive dry cleaning services. For the ladies, The Nail Lab on Victoria Street offers flawless nails and David at Renya Xydis CBD the perfect blow-dry.

You will have exclusive access to the entire space as in the pictures, there are no shared spaces.
NOTE: Under no circumstances will the door code be provided prior to your arranged check-in time, unless cleaners have finished earlier or we have not had a booking the previous evening - if we are able to give you an early check-in we will but this is not guaranteed.

SOFA BED: You can use the sofa bed if there are just two of you but if you'd like separate beds, there is a once-off $20 surcharge for use of the sofa bed bedding and the additional laundry charges incurred. Payment can be made on Airbnb after booking.
LOCKED YOURSELF OUT:
A locksmith is not able to help as they need ownership ID, therefore we have set up a person who can come to meet you and give you access at a cost to you.
If you need access between 9pm - 12am: AUD$150
If you need access between 12am - 6am: AUD$250
LOSS OF KEYS:
Replacement cost is AUD$200.
NOISE - Please be aware that being so centrally located, please expect the occasional traffic noise. Having said that, our apartment has double glazed windows, so hopefully that will minimise street noise.
POOL - Although much care is taken to ensure the public pool is spotless on every occasion prior to checking our guests in, there are some things that are out of our control. Hence, please expect to see the odd small rubbish. Thank you for your understanding.
- STRICT: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- IMPORTANT: No shoes inside the apartment. 2 pairs of indoor slippers provided for use during your stay.
- IMPORTANT: For your own hygiene and personal enjoyment of the apartment, and your consideration for our shared home, PLEASE KINDLY DISPOSE OF YOUR RUBBISH DURING YOUR STAY.
WHERE TO REMOVE RUBBISH:
1) Take lift to LEVEL 1. Walk out to the carpark area, you should see GARBAGE SIGN at the opposite side of the car park. There is a often a white van next to the door that leads to the rubbish area. Simply follow the sign.
RED BINS: General household rubbish
YELLOW BINS: Recycle rubbish
Plastics, containers and cardboards should be placed in yellow top bin.
