My place is close to Greenville. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers (BMW; Michelin, GSP) and weekend get-a-ways, hikers, and more. The Master Bedroom has a 3/4 bath with w/i shower, sliding glass door to cozy deck. Queen Futon with memory foam mattress in2BR.
Close to GSP airport; (5min) located in Greer, SC this two bedroom condo with cathedral ceilings, two full bathrooms, with access to a two car garage is in a quiet neighborhood and allows pets. It is south of Taylor's SC from Wade Hampton RD. It is close to many activities for fun; Roper Mountain, 15 min to Downtown Greenville, drive to Mountain Waterfalls for hikers, Swamp Rabbit trail a short drive away for runners or biking and mall/outlet shopping a short drive away. Upstate Greenville is a must see experience you will always remember. It is a personal residence but I travel a lot and it is often rented while I (and my dog) are away. I have a single guest one bedroom available M-TH for business travelers only.

This one story condo has an attached 2car garage w space for 1 car, w some extra useable space. 2nd Bedroom has access to full hallway bathroom and has sliding glass doors which lead to deck. Living Room has basic cable tv and the 2nd BR has a Tv for DVD and local channels only (antennae) . L/R has a square pit sectional that can be used for extra campers with a down mattress pad. Small LR has a fireplace, cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan. House is attractively arranged, clean, painted recently. The GSP upstate has so much to do!!! Mountains less than 35 mins away! Bridges, Waterfalls, Shopping, Mall, Outlet in Gaffney or Charlotte, 3.5 - 4 hours to Charleston for Folly or Edisto beaches! There are many colleges nearby including Clemson 1hr and USC, & Bob Jones. Golfing nearby is phenomenal. My unit has access to tennis courts and a basketball hoop. That Greenville Life! Very close to GSP airport as well. So much to do in this area.

I try to be as forthcoming and helpful as I can without interfering or being a nuisance to your experience. I respond very quickly usually within 1 hour and always within 6 hours if traveling.
I own a dog and this is my primary residence so If you have pet allergies this may not be good for your stay. I do not own a cat or other pets. As a pet lover, I appreciate finding a place I can bring my dog with so I am open to one pet or two if small as the condo is small so there is not running room and I expect responsible pet owners to be mindful of the home during the stay. Strict HOA leash rules must be obeyed. I often travel out of state weekends.
- Check in early on Saturday but weekdays I need to get my own dog out of home prior to check in (4-4:30pm). Smoking outside allowed on back deck or front yard being conscious of collecting butts for proper removal and please not in the garage as the smoke smell gets into personal items stored there.
- Inform me of the pet if you plan on bringing one, that is well behaved and what type of animal. I do not discriminate on type but would ask they are leashed at all times outdoors and confined to available crate if not trained or trustworthy left alone.
- One garage space available in a two car garage with some extra room for kayaks or a motor cycle.
-Family friendly holiday party get-togetherness with extra guests is allowed.
-Garbage must be taken out TH Eve and brought back into garage next to recycling bin FR afternoon if staying a long weekend (HOA rules).
-No parking on road curbside per HOA, only in driveway or in garage.
-Normal clean up requires placing used linens and towels into washing machine, washing dishes used, counters.
- 2 Queen size beds.
-AirBnB has a non refundable charge if there is a cancellation. I have a moderate cancellation policy as it prevents others from securing my home as their choice of lodging. I will not bend from this moderate policy as I have had several inconvenient and sudden cancellations where I had already made plans and secured a place to go based on that rental.
