Located just a short 3 minute drive from downtown Guerneville and the Russian River. The beautiful drive to the wineries in the famed Russian River appellation await you. You’ll love this place because of the coziness, the location and all the comforts of home. Great for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and groups.

If guest are arriving early, after 11 am and before 4pm, they may leave their bags in the house and get the key .It is important that they do not disturb the cleaning crew at work.
If the house is ready earlier that day then an early occupancy is allowed. Please inquire prior to arrival date.
It is important that the guests are packed and off the premises at 11 AM
The cleaning crew will need the parking spaces.
If you require a late check-out please inquire before check out day and we will try to accommodate you.
Make sure on departure that the keys are put back into the key box. Please remember to put the patio chairs and ping- pong table back where you found them. Please take all your garbage out, turn off the heater, all lights, and lock all doors and windows behind you.

The County of Sonoma implemented a policy to help facilitate a good relationship
between vacationers and full time residents.
Quiet time is from 10pm until 9am.
No amplified music outside (unless a special permit is obtained from

sheriff here- so please make sure all guests are aware of this sensitive issue.
Please notify us of any damages or if something is not working properly so we can
repair or replace the problem promptly.
Repairs shall be made as quickly as possible and with as little inconvenience to the

Garbage cans are located at the right side of house, and should be put out on
Monday night for pick-up (Tuesday).
Please empty trash and recycling into cans before your departure.
Make Sure: you run the dishwasher and put all dishes and pot where you found.
Leave the Premises in the same condition that you found them.

NO SMOKING: No smoking is allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside,
you must properly dispose of all cigarette butts and ashes. Do not throw away
inside the house. If we find any cigarettes butts, there will be a $50 dollar charge.
There is parking for three normal sized vehicles
Tenant agrees to keep the premises in a clean and sanitary condition, to exercise
care regarding all furnishing and household items and to make NO improvements
or alterations.

You are required to leave the premises the way you found it upon arrival.

We are not responsible for theft of personal items.

- $400 refundable deposit within 3-5 days of your stay. If hot tub needs to be drained after your stay and cleaned, a $125 surcharge will be charged against the deposit.
We ask you to please turn off all lights and heater off on your departure.

If the hot tub has to be drained the company will charge us $ 100.00 which will be deducted form your security deposit.
Also you are responsible for removing all trash out of the house upon on exiting.
Make sure you run the dish washer and put all dished back where you found them. (PLEASE) do not wash pots in dishwasher. A $ 25.00 will be charge if the cleaning crew must put your dishes away.

The location is great - very close to town and the beach. My friends and I loved hanging out in the backyard area. The house was clean, and the host was very communicative.

This is a wonderful little space if you are looking for a getaway in the woods while still being close to all of the essentials in the town nearby. The back yard is a great space for socializing with the hot tub, the fire pit, and the BBQ. The kitchen was great and house itself was very comfortable. I booked this place reading that there were 2 bedrooms and 5 beds, but that was not really accurate. There is one bedroom and a cubby with a bed in it. The second 'room' doesn't really have a door so, while it is off to the side from a larger common space room and has a bed, it is not really what I considered a bedroom. The two beds are very comfortable, but the other 3 'beds' left some things to be desired. One of those beds was a simple bunk bed which was fine but small. Two of those beds were actually bean bags that fold out into 'beds'. While these bean bag beds worked fine for us, it was not what we expected. Despite the beds and the bedroom discrepancy, this space is so lovely! I would highly recommend a stay here, especially during the summer.

Great spot to relax and have fun! The outdoor space was incredible, right under the red wood trees. It was also close to town and beaches. I hope to go back next summer.

This is a beautiful mountain home!! The owner Charlie was super accommodating to all our requests and the house was a perfect place to relax and entertain after a very busy weekend

Very cute place in a beautiful, relaxing little town! Charlie was very hospitable and the house was very comfortable and clean! We would definitely recommend this for a relaxing getaway!
