We are glad to share our home with our guests. We have put a lot of time and effort to make it the best place for guests while vacationing at Winter Park. We respectfully ask that guests please take care of our home.

Engaging in any unlawful activity or any other activity that constitutes a nuisance is prohibited at Winter Park Resort. Violation of this provision will result in immediate eviction without refund and Guests will be held liable for any damages to the Property, contents and grounds.

Smoking in any form is prohibited inside or near the vicinity of condo.

Pets in any form are prohibited.

Violation of smoking and pet rules are subject to deep cleaning fee of $250.

Be respectful of other residents and guests.

The games and other entertainment items provided should be cared for and remain in the condo so that they are available for us and other guests.

Guest agrees to pay Owners the amount of actual damages to our home arising from use of our home, as well as for missing items, excessive clean-up and, if necessary, the cost incurred in removing Guest from our home, and Guest authorizes the Owners to bill the credit card on file for such expenses. A FINE OF $15 PER KEY WILL BE IMPOSED FOR NOT RETURNING THE SKI LOCKER KEYS.

The maximum number of occupants allowed in our home is specified in the reservation. All children are included. Overcrowding or misrepresentation is grounds for immediate revocation of the license to our home and removal of Guest without refund.

Children are the responsibility of the Guest. Children should not roam free on amenities deck, climb on furniture, hang out of windows, or engage in other unsupervised activities.

This is NOT a tenancy for our home. Our home is not rented for more than 30 days and is taxed and treated as a transient occupancy, akin to hotel accommodations. Property laws do not apply to the license granted herein, and the Guest may be removed as a trespasser immediately upon termination of this license. Often a Guest is scheduled to begin a vacation in our home on the same day as the checkout day of another prior Guest. As such, Guest agrees to vacate immediately on the checkout day at 10:00 a.m.

Warning, the fireplace can get hot and may cause burns and damage to whatever touches it when hot. If you choose to turn on the fireplace, please use it with care and caution.

Warning, there is no lifeguard monitoring the hot tubs. If you choose to use the hot tubs, please use them with care and caution. No child should use the hot tub unattended and without supervision. The amenity deck is open from 8AM to 11PM.

Glass is not allowed on the amenity deck. Plastic cups are provided, along with ice, near the ice and vending machines across the way.

Stephen's place is a great location with ease of access to the resort and walk out to the hot tub was great. We enjoyed his place, I would definitely stay here again.

Stephen was timely and understanding to work with. He provided an immensely helpful info packet for not only the condo but the whole area! Condo is directly off the large patio/sundeck hot tube area with gas grill. A great place to hangout. We would stay here again.
