The Yurt at Beech Hill is located literally at the end of the road. It sits on a hill overlooking a pond with sweeping views of the Nebraska Valley. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the coziness. If you have an adventurous spirit and are looking to get away from it all, this is the place for you. Please note: There is a porta-john available for your use. There is no plumbing at the Yurt.
The Yurt is one room, with a wood stove you will be responsible for operating. Please note that the wood stove is the only source of heat in the yurt, so it may be cold when you arrive. Also please do not attempt empty to remove ashes or burnt logs from the wood stove. The owner will take care of it after your departure.
The yurt also has two futons with premium bedding tucked away in chest. Please use pillows in chest for sleeping. The yurt at Beech Hill can accommodate 4 people. Pets are on a case by case basis and must not be allowed on furniture.

During the late fall through to the early spring season your vehicle will need to be AWD or 4WD to access the yurt. During the winter season the yurt is rented on a case by case scenario. We can not let anyone stay at the yurt if the roads are impassable, this makes it unsafe for guests if something was to happen.... Sorry if this is an inconvenience.
You will be responsible for starting your own fire in the wood stove and we suggest bringing in extra flash lights or lamps for the evening hours. Extra water is always a good idea but we do provide a full dispenser of fresh drink water for your stay. There is a charcoal grill for guests to cook on. Guests must bring their own pots and pans to cook on, but there are some cooking utensils available. We also ask for you to just use the wood pallets for the fire pit.
- Guests should have AWD or 4WD to access Yurt.
- Dogs are permitted on a case by case basis.
- The yurt is heated by wood stove and must be started by renter upon arrival.
