This room is perfect for visitors to Seattle who want a peaceful neighborhood stay. It is on the major bus lines, including a shuttle to the water taxi, which takes you downtown. Great coffee, restaurants, parks and shopping near-by.
I keep my home very clean and calm. It is a 1920s building, with the usual quirks, but is warm and bright, and the water pressure is great.
I have a fully stocked kitchen, with anything you might need. There is also a Safeway, Trader Joes, and pharmacy within walking distance.
Parking is easy, with a free 3 hour lot behind the building and all day unlimited parking across the street.
I'm an artist and I enjoy beauty and unique vintage decor. Everything in the house is chosen with care, and minimal clutter. I am a friendly introvert, a professional in the health care field, and usually out of the house 9:30 am -6 pm on weekdays.
I have a small, calm dog, and a shy kitten. They mostly sleep all day but they are really cute.
I do not have a tv, but you are free to use the Internet or read any of my books during your stay :)
Longer stays at a discounted rate are possible if we are a good fit.
