This Studio Apartment is situated in a colony . "Three Kings Resort". Nerul. The Apartment is nestled on a hill with a fantastic view of the Arabian Sea. It is situated in a gated complex with 24 hours power back and swimming pool.

The Independent Studio rests on the Ground floor and is made of 75% Glass & has Good Sea View .
It is an upscale gated community with beautiful stand alone villas that overlook the Arabian sea.
It has a Double Bed to accommodate only 2 guests + 1 child below 8 yrs .

Living Area:
The Living area has a sofa for 2 people , a coffee table and is attached to the bedroom area.

Dining area has a dining table with 4 stools to enjoy your meal.

The Studio has an Independent Kitchen with.Microwave,Toaster, Electric Kettle, Fridge, RO Water Purifier & one Small Induction top for Preparing Baby Food. Kitchen is more of a Pantry & is not equipped for full fledged cooking Tea Bags, Coffee Sachets, Creamer & Sugar On the House

The air-conditioned bedroom has a Double bed with an attached bath with 24x7 hot and cold water with modern amenities that sleeps 2 easily. It also has a side table , Pedestal fan, Tv with Tata Sky connection , luggage table , Double door wardrobe and a mirror.
No washing machine is provided here but a rck is provided for drying clothes.

There is common pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. Swimming pool rules consist of abiding by the dress code ie swimming trunks for male & swimming costume for ladies and is mandatory.

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.
2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property. In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.
3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
4) No Smoking is allowed inside the Villa only in Balconies/ Terrace not Suitable for pets, no parties or events, No Alcohol is allowed.
5) Do not relocate the furniture.
6) Small Induction top provided on Request for Preparing Baby Food Only. Full-fledged cooking is Not Allowed
7) Please do not Eat, Drink or Chew Gum on the Pool Area.
8)Babies / kids should be monitored / taken care by parents / caretakers, both inside and outside the villa including the common areas of the colony.
