My trip was an urgent one. The owner (Muhammad) accepted the booking and my credit card was charged.
When I arrive the next day with my family, the owner didn't pick up my call. Instead text me to call another number. The lady mention my booking was not in the list. After I insist on checking, she started complaining about Airbnb etc. I provided my booking / confirmation number provided by Airbnb but just halfway through she drop the call and never pick up again.
I contacted back the owner and he said (via text only!) that all room is fully booked. He will refund back my money how I've paid to Airbnb. At this stage I was expecting from them to at least find for us an alternative stay since we've travelled 400++km to Kota Bharu. But nothing in that manner. A few hours later the owner text me again asking me for my account number. In which i told him that money won't change anything that has happened.
As a result, I have to find another hotel and managed to get a better hotel via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN).
For me, the owner did a terrible job in the business.
