The next time you visit Mammoth Mountain, stay at this cozy getaway at the Summit Condominiums! You'll get the privacy of a home away from home and on-site amenities, while having the convenience of the resort's Eagle Lodge and ski lift access super close to your door.

On the condo property, you'll have access to a shared Jacuzzi hot tub, seasonal pool, tennis court, and fitness center. Head to Eagle Lodge and catch a lift to the ski runs on Lincoln Mountain, take a shuttle throughout the resort, or lay back at the lodge itself with a beer or warm beverage.

Six guests will feel comfortable at this 1,500-square-foot condo with three bedrooms, one of which is in a loft space. Keep your vehicle snow-free in the underground garage (please note, there is only space for one car) and head up to be welcomed by high ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Watch a DVD or cable on the TV, play a board game, or connect to the WiFi to check out the mountain report. Next to the living room is the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table.

Have sweet dreams in comfy bedrooms. The master has a king bed, a guest room has a queen bed, and you'll find two twins in the loft bedroom. Two full bathrooms and a stacked washer and dryer allow six guests to stay here with ease!

From the hot tub on the property to the trails throughout Mammoth Mountain, the whole area is teeming with adventures. Take a day to visit Yosemite National Park if you've never gone - you could even plan a mini road trip to stop at spots along the way for photo ops and picnicking.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Company’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.

L'appartement est très agréable et nous y avons passé un très bon séjour pour visiter Yosemite. L'appartement se trouve à moins d'une heure de l'entrée est du parc et à 30 minutes du lac Mono. Il est à 5 minutes de voiture du centre avec un supermarché ouvert 24h sur 24.

Walking distance to ski lifts. You can gear up in the condo. Nice setup for kids as there is a bunk bed loft. Condo was a little worn (we went late in the season) but everything important worked fine. Parking is a problem as you only get one assigned space per unit. Additional parking is limited, first come- first serve. All major services are 5 minutes away by car, but the only walkable destination is Eagle Lodge. Confirm this portion of the mountain is open before booking.

The condo is close to eagle lodge and lift, just a couple of minutes walk, so very convenient to the mountain. Pictures are relatively accurate & the house had most things we needed for our stay. I called the host's number to report an issue with the toilet & got a 'voicemail full' message, and was unable to leave a message, so I sent a text. This was on the 2nd night of a 4 night stay. I never got a response, despite sending a follow up text the next morning. Literally zero communication from the host. What I find irritating is that other reviewers have commented on the toilet not functioning correctly, yet nothing has been done to fix it. Other issues included the fridge leaking, no cold water in downstairs bedroom sink (nothing comes out the faucet except boiling hot water!), the wine bottle opener is very hard to use, cups & plates are chipped & mis-matched, oven fan & light don't work, balcony door doesn't open properly. In addition there is an angry neighbor who bangs on the wall & calls security if there is any noise after 10pm. We were staying with small kids, so there was some minor noise & he freaked out. All in all, it's not a bad place to stay, and definitely has some rustic 80's charm, high ceilings & good location, hot tub is close & works ok - but the broken things need to be fixed & it would have been nice if someone had contacted me back when the toilet was unusable. 3.5 stars for the place, 0 stars for communication when there was an issue.

Great location. Minutes to slopes. Forget early check in for those in your party who don't ski. Strange odor and even stranger neighbor who threatens to bite children's ears off if they are noisy and claims to know Santa.

The place was as described. More spacious than previously thought. The only trouble we found was that it only came with one parking spot and additional guest parking is first come first serve and limited.
