Prepare yourself for the vacation of a lifetime at this gorgeous Newport Beach home. Perfect for a family vacation or friend weekend getaway (up to six guests), this home has three bedrooms and is just one block from the beach.

Centrally located in the heart of Newport Beach peninsula, this duplex gives you the chance to skip the car rides and walk to everything including restaurants, prime beach spots, and exciting attractions.

A granite countertop bar attached to the kitchen with three black barstools welcomes you to this lovely home. The kitchen has everything you'll need including an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker.

The dining table seats up to four and is just adjacent to the grey sectional, which faces the flatscreen TV atop a beautiful gas fireplace. Head out to the balcony through the sliding glass door and relax in the comfortable chairs.

Down the hall are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed and flatscreen TV. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed.

This home conveniently comes with a Blu-ray player, cable, and WiFi. A coin-operated washer and dryer are located in the shared garage. (If you're traveling with a larger group, you might like to consider renting both halves of this duplex together - please call us at Vacasa for more details!)

Feel free to rent a couple bikes and take a ride along the path just feet from your door. Tasty eateries, bars, and the hopping nightlife are just a few blocks away on 21st Street, and Balboa Fun Park is close at hand and offers pier rides, food, and shopping. And just two miles down to the end of the peninsula is The Wedge, said to be the best place for skimboarding, surfing, and more.

Modern, elegant, and ideally located, this home is the best spot for your beach getaway.

Guests shall not make or allow any excessive noise in the unit nor permit any actions which will interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other persons.
Guests are at risk of fines and fees starting at $1000 and up for noise violation during quiet hours of 10pm-8am daily.
Please Note: Garage is located through side door of the property. To park in the garage, head down the walkway (on ground level) and open the last door on the left to enter inside the shared garages and shared washer and dryer. Your designated parking space is posted inside. To open your garage, walk closely right up to your assigned garage door (from inside). You will see a green lit button half way down on the right press the button to open and close the garage (or you may use the red lever). **Please note: the outdoor key pads for garages do not function; access to open the garage is from the inside only. There is also free parking in front of the property on a first come basis.

Overall good experience. Somewhat disappointed in the actual place vs pictures but still a good value

In hindsight the listing feels a little deceptive; the home appears much nicer in the photos than in real life. The listing is a little misleading. For example the master bathroom shower has been redone with new tile but the vanity appears to be original. The was plumbing hardware missing in the 2nd bathroom. Overall the space feels small, old, and cheap. Not the impression that the pictures give... The unit is on the second story with a balcony facing the alley. There is no a/c and due to the second story location even with all the windows open, fans running, and ocean breeze, the space did not cool down until 10pm at night. The home is part of a triplex and one of the units is occupied by a group of mid to late 20 somethings (permanent residents, not airbnb guests) . They had a small gathering both nights we were there (Friday and Saturday) and left vomit next to the steps to our second story unit and made sure that not only the building but the entire block new that the party was over when someone from their group left on a motorcycle with an exceptionally loud exhaust at 2:00 am. I get this is Balboa and people come to enjoy themselves but don't expect a quiet night during the summer or on a weekend. We will not be staying in this unit again and will more than likely avoid Vacasa's properties in the future. If our stay had been $250 to $300 per night I would offer more grace and leeway in the appearance of the space and neighbors but at the price point we paid; the space should be nicer, the experience should have been better.

Good location. Pretty good value. I trust that this property is relatively clean to the best of Vacasa's ability. That being said, it is clearly worn out from people who have partied there in the past and destroyed the carpet and some of the furniture. We also happened to be there during a heat wave which exacerbated the problem of the unit not having A/C. Fans were dusty, but there was an ample amount of them.
