The upscale duplex offers separate entrances – one upstairs, one down – and double facilities including living rooms and kitchens. The main-level duplex includes one full bath and two bedrooms to accommodate nine guests (six adults). The upstairs duplex is a studio, featuring one full bath to comfortably lodge (four adults). (If you're traveling with an even larger group, please call us at Vacasa and ask about renting Ocean Beach Pier #3, an additional one-bedroom condo in the building that is not included in this listing.)

Combined, the beachfront property sleeps 14 visitors (12 adults) and three small dogs (25 pounds or less). Sleeping options are varied, including two king-size beds, two queen-size beds, and futons.

Rental Agreement

This Agreement is between: (1) Vacasa LLC (“Vacasa,” “we,” or “us”), acting for itself and for the owner of the Property (“Owner”), and (2) the person who is the responsible renter of the Property (collectively “Renter” or “you”).


-The property shall not be used at any time by more than the amount of adults and children as per your reservation.
-Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in the reservation.
-All guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless prior written authorization is received from Vacasa.
-No smoking is permitted on the premises.
-No tents or other structures may be erected on the property.
-Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
-Cancellation Policy: Rental payments (less the original Booking Fee) are fully refundable up until 30 days prior to the reservation.
-All Vacasa guests are asked to observe quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Thanks for being a good neighbor to the full-time residents that may live nearby!
-Trip Protection: If trip protection is purchased, you may receive a refund, less the cost of trip protection, for any nights of your reservation that are cancelled due to death in the family, illness, flight delays, flight cancellations, or road closures due to bad weather. Documentation may be required.


A breach of any of the above terms may result in a forfeiture of your rights regarding this rental property, including eviction from the premises without refund.

We rented two units for two families. The property was exactly what we were expecting. We had 4 adults and 7 kids and did not feel crowded. The access to town was fantastic with quick trips for food, drinks, entertainment and supplies. The people watching and entertainment in the park across the street was worth every penny. It ranged from groups playing music, slack-line performances, hula hoop groups, huge bubble blowing, partner yoga that was fantastic to even one woman walking a chicken. We looked forward to it each evening. Do not miss the farmers market on Wednesday nights! The view of the pier/ocean could not have been better. Very easy access from the highway too.
