The apartment is next to S. Maria in Trastevere, very central location. You will like my accommodation for being typical and characteristic, extremely bright with a nice view overlooking roman "church cupolas". It has a very large lounge area, and a lovely atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families (with children). Everybody fell in love with "S. Calisto apartment"! You can drink a glass of wine at sunset on the shared roof terrace!
In Trastevere it's often difficult to have very bright apartments, my apartment is full of light with a lovely view of roman cupola's.

To make your holiday special there is nothing better than to talk to people like me, who love and know their city. You can count on my advices for restaurants, museums and shopping or any other suggestions.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without elevator. There is garage walking distance that costs 30 euros a day, but a better deal can be achieved if you stay longer. You can use the building terrace to drink a glass of wine overlooking the roman roofs. Public transportation is walking distance from the apartment.
Follows the description of a guest that stayed in San Calisto for 1 month:
The Via della Lungaretta roughly divides Trastevere into touristic and less touristic sections. To the north you'll find tons of people, many restaurants and bars, the main square. To the south, you'll find fewer tourists, and more locals. This flat is just to the south of the divide. It's in a very quiet street (which is almost unbelievable in this part of Rome), but only 100 meters from the center of activity. The less touristic neighborhood to the south is wonderful, with quieter less crowded restaurants, and a market on a large Piazza. I was nervous about staying in Trastevere (due to the crowds of tourists), but this location was just perfect!

I am a designer and Professional Organizer, I lived many years abroad and that is probably why I love to meet people from different cultures, it enriches me. Traveling it's a true passion and motivates me more than anything else, I love to convey this same enthusiasm to those arriving in Rome, helping them to discover the eternal city, our culture, the incredible artistic heritage and good food.
