My place is close to parks, great views, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
This special home was originally a cotton mill built in 1830; it comprises 3500 sq feet not including the above-ground basement which housed the waterworks. It has it's original hardwood floors and beams; I have just moved back after renting in Boston, and am in the process of updating and renovating the space. The listed rooms and main spaces are very finished and comfortable. I have pulled some bannisters off of the front and back staircases, so it is not suitable for young children at the moment.

I am around but often busy and out of the house. Sometimes I will be on travel. The space is large and there are many areas to relax and enjoy the quiet scenery. Parking is ample. I can give you suggestions for the notable eateries you can find locally.
This is my home and I have taken great care to make it a beautiful environment. Please be respectful.
My home is unique, not perfect - if state-of-the-art bathrooms and kitchens are important to you, it's not there yet. Those are the areas I am in the process of updating, although they are clean and fully functional.
If you are looking for charm, depth, and a warm, one-of-a-kind home that reflects an artist's touch, you've found it, and welcome!
Please also note that I have a small poodle/bijon mix - she is hypoallergenic, and very sweet and mellow.
Please no perfumes or fragrances while in the house

As an avid Airbnb traveler I have met many wonderful people around the world, and am ready to share my unique home with others in the same way. I am a former international trade attorney, working on a screenplay, and building my next design business.
