The apt is modern, stylish and comfortable. There is also a gym and swimming pool. There is a supermarket next to the building and a great bakery. The beach is a 5 minutes walk.

El departamento es exactamente como se lo describe. Es muy seguro, limpio, cómodo y una ubicación excelente. El personal de la portería es muy amable y Joseph estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos bien.

A estadia na casa de Joseph foi muito boa. O local é bem funcional e a localização é ótima próximo a supermercados, restaurantes, shopping e praias.

Hello everyone, on 05/01/2017 my family holidays was completely destroyed by the host first we spent around 30 minutes to get the address he has a different address on the profile, second he left the keys on reception with another name instead of my name wilmer lucena was in Karen's name, as soon we opened the flat I felt so disappointed the flat was completely dirty, I sent several messages to Joseph you can see the records by Airbnb text or I can send the evidence because I have all the conversations recorded by (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) he answered the message almost 2 hours later just said apologize he said wasn't him was cleaner responsibility, we spent 3 hours cleaning the  house plus two hours doing a laundry because the towels and bed sheets were disgusting bad smelling now we still on the flat because I couldn't find another place also I paid him £266 for destroyed my family holidays now after the nightmare yesterday I have my nephew and my best girlfriend SICK mean not more holidays, we going back to rio on the 10/01/2017 but I'm so upset for this situation I hope AIRBNB as a company with GREAT customer service, find a good solución for my case to be honest that is no place to be rent by Airbnb, I'll send some pictures and you can see how hard was for as to clean and organize this. No 05/01/2017 minhas férias em família foi completamente destruída pelo host Joseph. Primeiro passamos cerca de 30 minutos para obter o endereço. Ele tem um endereço diferente no perfil, segundo ele deixou as chaves na recepção com outro nome em vez do meu nome wilmer Lucena estava no nome de Karen, assim que abrimos o apartamento eu me senti tão decepcionado o apartamento estava completamente sujo. Mandei várias mensagens para Joseph, você pode ver os registros pelo texto Airbnb ou eu posso enviar as provas porque eu tenho todas as conversas registradas por whattsup. Ele respondeu a mensagem quase 2 horas mais tarde apenas pediu desculpas e me disse que q limpeza não era responsabilidade dele,então , passamos 3 horas limpando toda a casa e mais duas horas fazendo uma lavanderia porque as toalhas e lençóis eram nojentos. O apartamento continua com mau cheiro. Apesar de tudo isso estamos até agora ainda no Apartamento porque eu não poderia encontrar outro lugar. Resumindo, eu paguei £ 266 para destruiu minhas férias em família agora depois do pesadelo, tive e meu sobrinho e minha melhor amiga doentes e isso significa não mais ferias. Vamos voltar ao rio no 10/01/2017, mas estou tão chateado por esta situação, espero AIRBNB, como uma empresa com grande serviço ao cliente, encontre suluçao para meu caso.

I apologize for the inconvenience you suffered on your arrival. Unfortunately the person I left responsible for the apt whilst I am traveling mixed up your name with another guests name hence the problem you had with obtaining the key at the porter's office. The apt was not prepared to the standard which I require, which is why I offered to send the cleaner the next day to rectify the issues you encountered. I was delayed in answering your messages as my telephone network does not work in the country I am visiting. I only have connection where there is WI-FI. I am sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner. Since your visit I have taken the necessary measures to ensure that none of these problems arise again although I realize this is of no benefit to you. I hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday and once again I sincerley apologize for the inconvenience you suffered.
