Garden apartment in a Victorian home close by to Glen Park Bart, J Muni line and the 14 Mission bus line. This upscale, spacious and private space is the perfect getaway to explore the city while experiencing a real San Francisco neighborhood. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a trip with friends or business travel- we'll make you feel at home with a custom guide on what to see and do while visiting San Francisco. With a double shower, a bidet and a hot tub- you won't want to leave.
Large main room with California King bed, sofa (that folds out to a second bed), dining table and library containing SF guide books. Separate kitchen has no stove, but you have lots of cooking options: microwave, toaster, electric griddle, crockpot, tea kettle and a gas grill outside on the upper deck. We provide pour over coffee makings with fresh ground Peet's coffee. The bathroom has a bidet toilet and double shower. You will also have access to the natural cedar hot tub just outside your door- the perfect way to unwind and relax after a day about in the city. Please note the hot tub is in the back yard, which is shared with your hosts who live upstairs. That being said, we like to give guests plenty of privacy so let us know if you'd like to reserve the hot tub for your exclusive use for a time period while here.

We do have two Shih-tzus who have access to the shared back yard via their upstairs doggy door. You are welcome to socialize with them in the back yard, but please do not invite them into your space (even though they are hypoallergenic, we want to ensure the space is pet free for those who may be sensitive). They are very friendly and are sure to say hi if you see them outside.

My husband and I of 20 years both work in the pharmaceutical industry in San Francisco. We enjoy food, wine and traveling (usually to great destinations for food and wine). We have two great dogs, Sherman and Coco, both very well behaved Shih-Tzus. We have a wonderful Victorian home in San Francisco with ground floor space that is listed on Airbnb. We've lived in San Francisco for 15 years and enjoy all that Northern California has to offer- beaches, wine country and skiing (to name a few).
