Large Balcony for breakfast/dinner
A spacious apartment in a great location (“Akadimia”), a few meters away from the Academy of Athens, the National Library and the University of Athens, where all the great sights can be reached within 15 minutes of walking max. There are also two metro stations, several bus stops and a stop of all the hop on tourist buses really close by.
The area is full of lovely coffee shops and bakeries, a really nice neighborhood. There are a couple of supermarkets and a post office within two minutes walk as well.

No self check-in, I personally welcome guests, show around, supply keys and get keys back on departure.
No foodstuffs provided.. A guest carrying 3 children once complained that there were no foodstuffs in the fridge on that Saturday evening in August. Today there is sugar, salt & pepper and some wine. Later there may be more or less than that..
I just love what I am currently doing with my guests, whom I welcome personally, offer assistance during their stay and show them around if they wish.
I have a BSc in business administration and I am also a web designer.
My apartment is clean, tidy and very safe in the real heart of Athens - not just the "center"..
Looking forward to welcoming you soon!
