A bad experience. Jean Jacques manages the flat remotely, relying on a concierge to give access and help. When I arrived, because it was a public holiday, the concierge refused to answer the door. I ended up tailgating someone in to the apartment block. Jean Jacques explained no concierge help would be available for the long weekend (the length of my stay) and he would not be on site either.
I had known in advance that there is no wifi in this airbnb so I had arranged for a rental wifi box to be sent to the flat and asked Jean Jacques to keep an eye out for this. Jean Jacques was not available to allow access to the post and again, the concierge refused to help.
In an argument over general access, Jean Jacques offered for me to move out. So I did. The flat is not true to photos - in reality, it is much shabbier, even given the low pricing. I moved into a nearby 2 star hotel.
On the plus side, Jean - Jacques was prompt in answering questions before I arrived.
