Beautifully appointed, two storey house set at the end of a quiet street in the hamlet of Aftas - 10-minutes walk from the main village of Mirleft and just a seven minute stroll to one of the loveliest beaches on the SW coast. Would suit couples and families.
Situated in the small hamlet of Aftas in the centre of Mirleft our immaculate two-storey, three-bedroomed house tastefully blends traditional Moroccan decoration with modern minimalist.
The ground floor features a very comfortable open-plan salon and fully equipped modern kitchen/diner - from which one can access a separate laundry room and outside courtyard with seating and tables.
The first floor comprises the master double bedroom, child's bedroom (single bed) and spacious bathroom (decorated in smooth cream Tadelakt) and small balcony that overlooks the ground floor courtyard. The second floor contains a second double bedroom and bathroom (in green Tadelakt). Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable European beds and plenty of storage - and is swathed in glorious colours and fabrics.
Even the stairwells contain stunning features - exquisite light fittings, portholes, hand-crafted wooden rails, tasteful tiling and a rooftop skylight that projects wonderful reflections through the centre of the house.
There is a rooftop terrace on which you can relax on traditional banqets and from which you can see the Atlantic Ocean.

We discovered Mirleft and its surroundings 15 years ago. We immediately fell under his spell; an exceptional climate, very kind people who are greatly proud of their culture.
We returned to Mirleft several years in a row before settling with our children and building our family home in 2009.
Today, we live, for professional reasons and for the schooling of our children, in Agadir.
