NOTE: You will be receiving 1 set of key for your stay. Key will allow access into the building as well as access the garbage & recycling and amenities. Please ensure that key+fob are returned as there is $100 replacement fee should they be lost during your stay.

if a 2nd set of keys is requested a $125 security deposit will be charged in which at the end of the stay $100 will be refunded via airbnb with the return of the keys. therefore, $25 fee for the use of 2nd set of keys for your entire duration of the stay.

The flat is in a great location with plenty of space inside. The parking was also really useful for us. We were glad we had a car as the keycafe is around a mile away. The flat needs some tlc as sofa and carpet are stained and kitchen floor water damaged but this did not affect our enjoyment in Vancouver. The bedroom is noisy at times however the lounge which overlooks same road is very quiet so presume there is a difference between the glazing in the rooms. I still would recommend this apartment if you want a downtown place with parking.

The apartment has an amazing location, others have commented that it is noisy but I didn't find it too disturbing and it comes with inner city living. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean however the floor in the bedroom and lounge were heavily stained. The floor in the kitchen was also lifting up, was a bit weird to walk on but sort of got used to it! Found the blinds in the bedroom weren't very effective for blocking the western sun or street lights, but just ate dinner out late and that made it a bit more manageable. Spoilt for choice for restaurants at your doorstep and things to see and do. Stayed to watch fireworks at English Bay and was a perfect location for that. Key pick up/ drop off was easy, but the location wasn't all that close to the apartment (especially with a hire car and luggage) Wifi was fast. Overall we enjoyed our stay - the location was definitely what we loved most.

Tobi's home couldn't be better located for someone visiting Vancouver. It feels close to everything and was a great price too.

Tobi's place is very clean and spacious! It's a new place that is very close to everything. Tobi is also very quick to respond and made the process extremely easy! This is a great place to stay in Vancouver!

Tobi's place was very well located - close to everything Vancouver has to offer. The apartment itself was quite run down, furniture and appliances not well maintained. Otherwise, a nice stay.

This fab apartment is in an a great location with restaurants, supermarkets and transport a stones throw away. You can be by the water in 5 minutes and strolling in Stanley Park in 10. Communication was excellent. Photos a true likeness to what you will find.
