My place is close to the heart of Myrtle Beach and just blocks from the Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach. The convention Center and Sports Arena are within walking distance and restaurants and shops abound all around the property. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs provide fun and relaxation for you and the whole family. The beach is just a few steps away with beach accesses on both sides of the building. Each unit is allowed one parking space available just across Ocean Boulevard.
This is a great unit with fresh paint, an updated kitchen and bath. It is located in the center of the building on the ocean front. It has an over sized bar area for food preparation and casual dining. The unit overlooks the outdoor pool and hot tub and has a spectacular view of the ocean, the front lawn and the beach.

You will have access to the entire unit as well as the facilities located in the building and on the grounds. There are indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and a guest laundry as well.

I am always available if you have any questions about the unit or the area. I can help with dinner suggestions and entertainment venues if you need it. I usually check in during the stay to make sure you have everything you need to make your experience comfortable and convenient.
Parking is included and located right across the street in the parking deck.
AIRBNB does not collect the local 3% Accommodations tax that we must pay the city and county. We will collect it upon arrival unless AIRBNB starts collecting it for us.
- You must be 25 years of age to book or register in this unit. Government issued photo ID will be required to instant book the unit. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years of age or older and the unit must be registered to that adult.
For your security the building’s doors are locked at all times and it will be necessary for you to use the white pass card key to enter the elevator entrances 24 hours a day. The lobby entrances are always open. If you lose your key, you will need to call us to get you another one. There is a $25 charge for these keys from the HOA so please take good care of them.
You unit has been stocked with basic amenities to get you started. If you need any additional items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, etc… please visit one of the nearby grocery or drug stores in the area. Please understand the front desk staff members in the lobby work for another rental company and are here to service their rental customers only. Also keep in mind that the housekeepers you see in the hallways are employees of the onsite rental company as well and can not give you amenities such as towels or sheets. Since you are renting directly from the Owner you will need to call us if you have a problem with the unit or have any other questions or needs. Linen and towel services are available on a daily basis for an additional fee. Please ask if you are interested in this service. Please take all trash to the trash receptacle located at the rear of the ground level of the parking deck. Do not set trash outside your door as it will leak on the floor resulting in a charge from the HOA to clean the floor. You will be charged if this occurs. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
The pools close each night at 11 PM. They open at 9 AM. Quiet hours are from 11 PM until 8 AM. Please abide by these hours and be considerate of your neighbors. If security is called for noise you will be given one warning. If called a second time you will be asked to leave without the possibility of a refund. If your neighbor makes noise that disturbs you or you have a smoking issue with them call us immediately and we will take care of the situation.
If you have any questions while you are here staying call us. We want your stay to be safe and worry free. To do that we need to know if you are have any issues so please do not hesitate to call. We are available 24 hours a day to assist you. Please place all used towels in the bathtub before you depart as this helps housekeeping when they come in to clean the unit.

I am retired from the school system and love meeting and helping new people have a great experience when they rent their vacation home. I get such a great feeling knowing that every guest gets what they expected and that they have a getaway they will remember for many years to come. I love my grandchildren and my doggies. I read a lot and I like to travel to new and exciting places. We have been very lucky to have traveled to almost every state and major city in the US. We have traveled out of the country as well but there's no place like home!
