My place consists of a bungalow with additional annex. 3 bedrooms are in the bungalow, one large open plan bedroom with additional sofa bed upstairs in the annex and further sofa bed downstairs in the annex.
Close to the beach, restaurants and dining, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the comfy bed, and the ambiance. My place is good for families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
Visitors have access to the bungalow, annex and a large enclosed garden situation on a small private road. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. a variety of wet suits, beach chairs, beach toys, body boards and foam surf board are available for guests to use during their visit.
Downstairs in the annex is a games room with a pool table, a variety of board games, small table and chairs and sofas (one is a sofa bed that can be extended to use as a double bed). There is also a shower room containing a shower, sink and WC. Upstairs has a large open space room with a super king bed at one end, a double bed at one end and a sofa bed in the middle, this can be extended to use as a double bed.
You will also find the BBQ and sun umbrella for the picnic bench You are welcome to use the Kayak if you are safe to do so, please call us for access to the key.
A travel cot and high chair are available upon request. The property has fibre broadband.

This property is let as a whole and you have access to all areas except the cupboard used for storing supplies and the cage in the garage where we store our own surfboards and various gardening equipment. Fibre broadband is available at this property.

The beach can sometimes have areas of stones, wet shoes are useful.

PETS - Pets are permitted in the rental units only with prior approval. £50 per pet fee applies. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on all vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The property owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.
SECURITY/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A security deposit of £300 is required. This must be received within five (5) days of booking the holiday property. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
• No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
• All keys are left in the key box and the property is left locked.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• NO early arrival or late departure.
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to ten (10) persons. An additional charge or £10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to ten (10) will be assessed.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a seven (7) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than seven days, the guest will be charged the seven-night rate.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen and towel setup. Facilities fees are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.
FALSIFIED BOOKINGS – Any booking obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
PARKING – Parking is limited to four (4) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the drive way only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
FIREPLACES – the fireplace in the lounge is non operational during this time of the year.
WC – The bungalow and annex are on shredder / pump waste system. The waste system will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime, sanitary bags and bins are provided in all bathrooms. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred pounds (£200).
