The location is placed in perfect place of centre of wan-chai. However, the room is too small to do something and noise from air contidioner is interrupt your sleep. If you are a single traveler and looking for a cheap place, this room will be good for you.

The place is very good, very close to the subway station, and only need about 10 mins to walk to the Times-square. Although its a small room, but it’s enough for people who travels alone : )

Super quiet place, clean and in the heart of the action. I have never stayed in a place this quiet in any big city. The rooms are super clean and the aircon was super cool, and since the rooms face the back of an apartment no noise is heard. Perfect to sleep in and I will be back next time! Host was super helpful and kind as well, thanks again

This is a horrible experience. I never knew the owner or who managed this place as my asking for who I was speaking to was never answered in my emails. When I asked for a full address more than a day before my departure, the owner wrote back rudely telling me if I expected "personal service", I should considered cancelling my booking. I do not understand such hostility when I have not even reached my destination. Unfortunately I could not afford to cancel my booking a day before my departure to start looking all over again, I guess the owner knew this and that's why he could say such things at such a time. When I finally got the address and the door code at the airport, it was just a bunch of numbers without any instruction, I arrived at the door without knowing how to use the numbers on a panel lock which did not have any visible numbers. And when a few trails failed and I set the alarm screaming, I gave up. After a 16 hours overnight flight, I had to run back and forth to the management office as I did not have a HK phone at that time. Anyway the owner refused to give me his contact number and insisted we only communicate with email, my contact with him was limited to the management office. I heard the conversation between the owner and management office as the lady accompanied me to the apartment and tried to open the number lock..... I heard that he called me "stupid" as not to know how to do it on my own. I had to hold my tongue since it was a big trouble if I had to change place at that time, so I patiently emailed him what he did not provided in the apartment. For my three weeks' stay, there was only one flimsy towel, no extra bedding, no toilet paper, not even a stool/chair to sit on. I patiently communicated through email with him asking for those basic amenity. But he constantly coming back saying I expected "personal services" and asked me for extra payment. After negotiation, he did agree to reimburse HK$150 (US$20) for things lacking in the apartment. Yet I had to spend time buying a folding stool, towels and toilet paper for my stay. My precious time was taken up to do those things which I never expected an air bnb will fail to provide. And if you are planning to use this apartment, beware of the lock, since the first day I tried to get out, the lock did not function, I was trapped inside the apartment with another guests who shared that space (the apartment was split into 3 super small individual units for different guests) without the ability to leave. If there was a fire, we would have burnt to death. The trapped guest said she was trapped the day before as well and was helped by another guest. We...

If you are a single traveler looking for a place in a great location with great price/value, this is for you. Check-in was very easy as everything is explained very well. The room is very tight but you can manage. You have everything in there that you need for sleep and getting ready.
