A charming in-law unit in a 2-house gated family compound offering security and privacy. Part of a custom built house completed in 2008, this in-law unit was never lived in until recently furnished and made available on Airbnb. Feels new, smells new and it is truly cute. A must see.
It's 640 square feet of living space that is bright with abundant natural light. It sits above a 3-car garage. Super cute and homey, it comes with a full kitchen, living/dining room, 1 office-den with a daybed (twin mattress), 1 bedroom (with queen bed), 1 bathroom, and a spacious porch overlooking a landscaped courtyard. One-car parking in enclosed downstairs garage, with dedicated (for Too Cute's use only) washer and dryer.

In-law unit has separate entrance. Guests will have full use of this in-law unit, of the 3rd stall in the 3-car garage and its own washer and dryer in the garage. A gate and garage remote opener will be provided. There is a basketball hoop in the driveway that guests may use. The pedestrian gate is on opposite side of the main house.

I plan to be around during the guest's stay. If I am away at work, my husband (co-host) works from home. We live in the 2nd house in the gated compound. If my husband and I are away, my brother (co-host #2) who lives in this unit's main house will be around. My brother works the night shift.
Because the space has a FULL kitchen equipped with standard appliances plus dishes, knives, pots and pans, there is no excuse for you not to have a home cooked meal. A home away from home.

Smokey (the cat on photo) stays in the back house and away from the in-law unit.
NO-shoes inside the house, pack along extra socks or slippers. Children under 10 years old should be fully (i.e. at all times) supervised when using the stairs and when at the porch. Guest takes 100% responsibility for kids' safety in Too Cute and in all areas of the property. When cooking, please use range hood fan at all times. Meals should be served/consumed in the dining area. No eating in sleeping areas. Use coasters for setting drinks on side table, coffee table and desks. No laundry after 9:00 pm. Help preserve environment by turning lights off when not in use. Water is a precious commodity, please use it responsibly. Big gate for cars only. Use pedestrian gate when not in a car. Drive slowly when pulling in and out of the gate. At check-out, make sure to return the gate/garage remote opener. $100 will be claimed against deposit for lost gate/garage remote opener.
LONG-TERM GUESTS (30 days or more). For legal protection of both parties, a supplemental month-to-month lease agreement will be provided for signature prior to or at check-in. Lease will address basic rental terms in accordance with California rental laws and will include the rental price listed on Airbnb and as agreed upon by both parties prior to booking. The security deposit (to be held by Airbnb) will be equivalent to average one month’s rent. The monthly rent includes normal and reasonable utilities consumption. The monthly rent does not include replenishment of consumables normally listed as amenities for a short-term stay, such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, etc.

Professional by day, housekeeper/gardener/cook/dishwasher by night. I moved to California decades ago from the Philippines. Husband, a native Californian, is also a professional who works from home. I was in the hospitality industry for seven years before switching into current profession that required a fair amount of travel. US, Europe, Southeast Asia and Australia. Each destination had its unique memory but Rome remains my favorite. Movie fave, me: Shawshank Redemption; husband: Mrs. Doubtfire.
