You will be staying in our comfortable two bedroom apartment with 180deg views from Sydney CBD, across the blue mountains and Parramatta city skyline with a modest balcony that has a true city living feeling! The apartment is centrally located in North Parramatta. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. You will have access to internet, secure underground parking, Espresso machine with coffee pods, full access to laundry, steamy hot water shower, study desk, TV with Netflix.
You will be staying on Level 11 with open space and full natural light apartment centrally located in North Parramatta. The apartment is walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport.
The apartment has 2 bedroom and a living / dinning area with a kitchen fitted with appliances. All areas are serviced by a full ducted Air Conditioner. There is a outdoor terrace you can access with a BBQ facing North and with clear views to Sydney City Skyline including the Harbour Bridge.

You will have full access to secure underground parking, wireless internet, espresso machine with coffee pod, laundry, study desk, TV with netflix and with Apple TV with internet connection.
The apartment is also fitted with a video wireless intercom for your security, and access to the floor is restricted to a single access code.
You will be sharing the entire floor space with one neighbor only as there are only two apartments on our Level 11.

The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we require you to please place things like feminine products in the sanitary bin we've provided in the bathroom (we simply want to ensure you have a royal flush vacation!)
Whilst we do a thorough clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware that you've used and put any dirty towels in the washing machine. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allow us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
We understand that accidents happen. So all we ask is that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned back to you too.
To keep our costs down (an pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C in the off position when its not use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
To be considerate to our neighbours, we kindly ask to keep things on the quiter-side after 9pm, and if you want to listen to music, please be mindful of our neighbours. We'll make sure to reciprocate the favor.
We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guest to stay, please contact us to let us know. We're reasonable folk and will accommodate wherever possible.
Please remember to leave the laundry doors open when using the dryer. This helps the air to circulate in the laundry and helps to keep mould from forming and keeps costs down during maintenance (and pass those savings on to our guests)
Please leave the apartment in the condition you found it.
Please follow the following;
1. Wash, dry and put away all dishes, cookware that is used during your stay.
2. Strip sheets off beds place them in the laundry
3. Please empty all bins and take rubbish with you. You can place rubbish in the main bin area near the loading dock on Ground Floor.
4. Leave all keys / remote control in the kitchen benchtop upon your leave
5. Please No Smoking within the unit and external areas
6. Please do not move furniture
We have a great relationship with our neighbours. Please be respectful of them and do not make loud noises after 9pm.
