I always try to be as available as possible and am very responsive.
Earlier this year there were issues with someone accessing the space downstairs through my apartment in an unauthorized way that compromised privacy. You can rest assured that this person no longer has access to the apartment and it will not be a problem going forward
- Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise down after 10 pm

I am originally from Miami but I moved to New York City to attend NYU almost 10 years ago (woah). I have lived in the East Village when it was still gritty and Soho for a bit, but I've lived in Brooklyn for years now and in Bushwick since 2009.
I love everything about New York and find pleasure in even the hard stuff about living here because I think it makes you a stronger, more resilient person in the end.
Since I'm not a native but I've lived here a long time, I can provide guests with the knowledge of a local -- my Guidebook contains a lot of unique places that most new arrivals don't know about-- but the perspective of someone who remembers being new to the city.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions you have about me or staying at my place.
