2. The property sleeps maximum 6 people only. 6 people is the maximum number of people allowed in the property at any one time.

3. Please respect the fact that this is a residential area. Noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times so not to disturb the neighbors.

4. Strictly no parties allowed whatsoever. Guests who violate this condition will be asked to leave the property immediately. The property has CCTV.

5. No pets/animals are permitted in the flat or in the building.

6. Valid Identification, in the form of a passport, photo driving licence or national identification card (with photo) will be required from all guests at check in. Please note that we will not be able to exchange keys without a valid form of identification.

The check in cannot be completed by anyone other than the main guests checking in, whose names must be submitted to us prior to check in. To prevent fraud and to comply with our insurance, Keys cannot under any circumstances be given to a third party.

Very clean, modern apartment, as described. Andy was a very good host, excellent and prompt communication. Area was perfect for us as we had family to visit in Barnet, but journeys into central London are relatively long. Good local amenities though, so all good.

The Flat was very clean, contemporary and close to the trains. Andy was great to work with and responded quickly to any needs that we had. I plan to recommend this place to all of my Airline friends. Thanks Andy

Clean, comfortable and modern 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat. The centre of London is easily reached by train (station just a few minutes walk away) and the flat is close to various pubs, take-aways and Sainsburys supermarket. The flat is well equipped (kitchen etc.) and their was clean bedding and towels for the 5 of us. (2 adults, 3 children) The garage came in very useful for leaving the car, although the entrance to get in/out is a bit tight for a big car. Andy is very helpful. Received lots of additional information for the check-in, check-out etc. Called him a few times, and he was always willing to talk etc. Just a few things to mention about the flat. - The building is currently surrounded by scaffolding. We weren't worried by anybody getting into the flat (5th floor), but no mention was made of it. - The flat isn't really adequate for more than 4 people. The sofa-bed in the lounge isn't particularly comfortable, and one person can just about sleep on it. - Finally (and this was mentioned to Andy on leaving), one of the beds in the smaller bedroom has bed-bugs. My son was bitten various times on the first night. Despite the things mentioned, we enjoyed our visit to London and would consider renting the property again.

Dear Andrew, Thank you again for your message providing me with feedback from your stay. First and foremost, I am very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience at the apartment. I take all complaints seriously , and I want to assure you that I have procedures and standards in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all my guests. With regards to your concern regarding the bed bugs, while it has been a problem in London apartments and hotels in the past this is the first incident that I have had at this property. However, I do take proactive steps to ensure that each and every room in the apartment is free of pests of any kind. You mentioned this had occurred on the first night however you only reported this issue to me on the day of your check out - I would recommend reporting the issue immediately at the earliest opportunity so that I may have been able to address the issue immediately rather than later on. Since your check-out I have hired a professional pest control company called Pest Prospect to treat both bed rooms in the apartment and have began with the first phase to removing bed bugs. The second phase will begin after 10 days and a further 3 month guaranteed has been provided from them. Furthermore, I have replaced both of the single beds with brand new ones to increase the chances of removing them completely and quickly. Lastly, I have now instructed the cleaning team to carry out a deep clean every 2-3 months. My linen is sent out to be professionally laundered in extremely hot water, using antimicrobial and disinfectant soaps and chemicals. My cleaning team will now also do a visual inspection of all the linens before they are used in a room, and would discard anything that did not look 100% perfect. As for the parking, the height and other width/length restrictions are stated within the description of the listing. There is currently scaffolding around the building as the windows are been upgraded to new and more easily operable windows but I will add this to the listing description. Regarding the space the main bedroom will easily accommodate a couple, the room with 2 singles beds for two people and sofa bed accommodate a further 5th and/or 6th guest really depends on that persons height etc. I hope the above helped to address your concerns. We have spent 8 nights at Andy's apartment and had a really great time. Andy is a great host, communication was easy and quick, and any issues had been dealt with immediately. The place is very clean and spacious enough for a family with 3 children. Location was great for us as it is 2 min walk from the National Rail station. Check in/out was simple and quick. Would definitely recommend!

Nice and modern apartment with own car park which qas great. Close to the railway station only a few minutes walk. Train fare to the city centre about 10-12 pounds return. Same as to the supermarket. Wifi was fine and Andy is a very nice and thoughtful host.
