This home is primarily open living space. The bedrooms and baths are modestly sized, but upon entry you will see the grand space of the living and dining area. Additionally, the back porch is still having improvements made. Lots of renovations have taken place over the last 3 years (during my ownership) and it is likely that the improvements will continue...endlessly.

My schedule varies depending upon family needs. I have 2 children that I have to look up to, literally, because they are taller than I am, as they come of age. My oldest son is disabled and has been residing in Orlando for about 1 year, so I am often on the road to ensure we are all together. My youngest is a high school student and aspiring basketball player in Northern Virginia. I am a flexible Mom that is on the road or in the air often due to undying desire to give my boys a safe, stable and secure place to be grounded, where ever we are.
This home was built in 1905 & it has aged very gracefully. Unbeknownst to me, my grandparents owned this home from (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Because they were actively involved in the day to day operations of their motel, Carl Stevenson Travel Inn, they never actually lived here. They sold this home to a double amputee 2 time war veteran, who lived here with his wife until his passing, at which time I became aware that the home and discovered my family history here...I fell in love!
Upon departure please remove the all your trash from the unit, place all dirty laundry in the hamper, including towels, wash clothes, bed sheets, pillow cases, kitchen cloths, etc. used during your stay, and wash any dishes/pots/pans, etc. Lock the front door and finally give a call or text message to say you have completed your stay with us, so we have the "all clear" to prepare for the next guests. No smoking on the property please. Thank you!

A lifelong lover of Panama City Florida, I feel extremely fortunate to call this my home. I look forward to making guest feel welcome and comfortable by offering guidance to ensure a pleasurable stay. Just a little bit of chocolate, fruit, wine and music make for a wonderful world.
