Minutes to GA State, GA Tech, & Emory Universities, as well as the Georgia Dome and Phillips Arena. Great game day & convention location! Just 15 minutes to Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson airport.
This cozy bungalow with exposed brick has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths (1 full bath with tub, and one full bath with shower) comfortably accommodates 4 people. The bedrooms have brand new beds & bedding as well new bathroom towels and accessories. The upstairs bedroom is a relaxing loft with two twin beds. The main bedroom (1st floor) has a queen bed with en suite and spacious outside deck! There are two flat screen televisions (in the living room and in downstairs bedroom). The front porch is perfect to have a cup of coffee, read the newspaper, and enjoy the neighborhood happenings. There is a large fully stocked eat in kitchen with cooking utensils, dishes, and pantry. Coffee and tea service are provided as well as a basket with snacks and water to get you started, so please enjoy! And if you like yoga, there is a mat to use in the house or to take with you to the yoga studio 1 block away.

I travel frequently for work, however, I am readily available via text or phone to answer questions or to offer assistance.
All overnight guests to the home must be booked as members of the party.
No smoking of any kind is allowed indoors at any time.
Check-in: Please tell me the approximate time of your check-in. The front door has a keyless entry and you will be provided a code upon reservation confirmation for easy check-in. There are keys in the back door to allow access to the rear deck and the steps to parking.
*Please do not use white towels for make-up removal. Make-up wipes are provided if you need them.
*Any stays of 28 days or more will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement.
Check-out: Be sure to close the blinds, be sure that all windows and doors are closed and locked, and during winter months (November through April) please set the thermostat to 68 degrees before leaving, and during Summer months (May through October) to 78 degrees. *Please do not turn the thermostat to the off setting, as this may result in freezing of the pipes in the winter or damage to the system.

Parking: There is a parking pad directly behind the house that can accommodate two cars. The driveway is shared with the neighbors next door, so please only park on the pad directly behind the house. Parking is also available on the street. Be sure to observe the parking signs.
Please make sure to lock up the house whenever you leave (doors and windows).
Noise: We love our neighbors and our great neighborhood. Please be considerate and keep noise down after 10pm.
