Our place is a short walk to the charming main street of downtown Invermere and popular Kinsmen beach. There is 1730 square feet over 3 levels, and it comfortably accommodates groups of up to 9 people. We have provided all the conveniences that you need for your stay and have tried to go above and beyond to make it feel inviting and comfortable. In the winter, cozy up next to the gas fireplace. In the summer, enjoy the central AC or the views of the mountains from the deck outside.

We have outfitted our vacation property to make our guests as comfortable as possible. Our townhouse is fully furnished and equipped with:

3 alarm clocks (One in each bedroom)
Apple Charging station - Re-charge your iphones or iPads. (Sorry, android cords are not available as there are too many different types to accommodate. Android users please bring your own charging cords)
Storage for skis, golf clubs and other equipment is available in the garage or the area under the stairs on the entry level.
Sleds - Two sleds are available for guests to use during their stay

Dishwasher (A starter pack of Dishwasher Tabs and hand washing dish liquid provided)
Coffee maker (We have a regular drip coffee maker and a Cuisinart Keurig Coffee machine. We provide a starter pack of Keurig coffee pods and coffee grounds as well as sugar and sweetner options. If you're a tea drinker we provide a few different tea options to get you started.)

Third Bedroom: Twin over Double Bunk Bed with twin pull-out trundle (4 people) Most comfortable for children but is rated to hold up to 250lbs on the top bunk so it is suitable for an adult under that weight limit)

Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite): Toilet, bathtub/shower combo, and one sink. Hair dryer, hand soap, 3 rolls of toilet paper and towels provided.

Cleaning is done prior to your arrival and again after you check out. It is NOT provided on a daily basis during your stay.

There are two large garbage bins inside a wood structure located in the middle of the townhouse complex. This is where you can dispose of your household garbage.

The place is spacious and clean. It has a great view of the mountains; it's so relaxing to sit on the balcony while sipping coffee while the sun rises.

This airbnb experience met and exceeded our expectations! The location was excellent, the view amazing, and home comfortable and very well equipped! We happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in the Invermere area!

We had a wonderful stay last week. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and had all the comforts we required. We had three generations staying together (My wife and I, our 15 year old son, and my parents). We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. Everything was laid out clearly in a guide and it was super easy to settle in and find everything we needed. It was a great stay and we would definitely come back again in the future!

Erin & Steve's place is perfect for family & friends. As a group of 8, (4 adults, 4 kids) there was plenty of room for everyone. Clean, comfortable and close to the local grocery store. We had a fabulous Canada Day weekend trip!
