Thanks for your visit, as this guest says, please do read the whole listing as it does explain that this rental is much cheaper than the nearby hotels. In fact, there are only two in our are within walking distance of the university and hospitals. And they both cost over $129 per night on slow months for a single room. This week is extra busy students move in and out week and the hotels are $199 per room this weekend! So this place is for those who want to save money, not have the nicest place. There are older windows they have never been replaced and I did look for a cob web which I found on the outside of the window between the storm window, they were not inside although I have seen a moth inside before. We did put baking soda on the floors under the beds for freshness, but it’s not a lot of dust. Although there can be some dust here or there sometimes. The fridge is new and white and clean, and almost never used and is fresh. There was a browning banana in there but not a mess. It’s 99% empty. The house has hardwood floors other than two small area rugs that are in good condition. Im glad he found the beds and toilets clean. This home is a great affordable crash pad, it’s a perfect location for so much and it’s super cheap for this area. Please keep in mind that if you have kids, or are looking to spend a lot of time in the home, or need it to be super sterile then you should choose a more expensive option. Thanks :) happy to help if you need anything during your stay, just reach out!
